Jeremy Dorsett and is backed by an equity commitment from a global private investment firm.
Our Founders have proven track records of successful asset underwriting and acquisition, leasing and operations, and timely and efficient dispositions. We are unrelenting in our efforts to create value for our capital partners.
Justin Wesley
Justin Wesley is an accomplished real estate professional with 24 years of experience in executing investment strategies that span the risk-reward continuum. Prior to co-founding West | Tech Properties in 2019, Mr. Wesley served as President of M West Properties, where he developed a fully integrated platform staffed by 30 professionals.
Mr. Wesley exercised broad executive authority over the venture’s core business activities with a primary focus on developing/implementing strategic and financial frameworks designed to improve profitability and operational efficiencies across the platform’s 7.2 million square foot portfolio. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wesley spent 16 years at Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, where he played a lead role in the company’s acquisition activities throughout the Western United States
Mr. Wesley graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jeremy Dorsett
Prior to co-founding West | Tech Properties in 2019, Jeremy Dorsett served as a Senior Advisor to M West Properties, where he partnered with Mr. Wesley in the successful disposition of approximately $1.3 billion of office and R&D assets. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Dorsett served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PKY), during which time he served as an integral part of an executive management team that led a wholesale portfolio transformation and corporate turnaround. Mr. Dorsett departed Parkway in connection with its successful sale via merger to Cousins Properties, Inc. (NYSE:CUZ). Prior to joining Parkway, Mr. Dorsett was in-house counsel at TPG Capital, a leading global private investment firm with approximately $85 billion in assets under management, where he served as chief legal officer for TPG’s real estate investing activities.
Mr. Dorsett earned a B.A. from the University of Tulsa, an M.A. from Rice University and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
